MWC Professional Development Series – Emotional Agility

Get Unstuck, Embrace Change, and Thrive in Work and Life! MWC’s Professional Development Series focuses on a range of topics for personal and professional development to engage, inspire and inform!

This session will focus on Emotional Agility, and this guided discussion will explore how to adapt & align our actions and values to make small but powerful changes which lead to a lifetime of growth. Registration cost is $10, and ALL registration fees gathered will be donated to a local charity. MWC is proud to host these sessions and give-back to our members & community thanks to the support and generosity of our Sponsors. 

These sessions are held virtually on ZOOM, a link will be shared when you register for the event. Because the main focus is to share & learn together, please ensure you have functioning video & audio for each session whenever possible.

These events are hosted by Nadine Speirs, Nadine has worked in Finance, Manufacturing and Construction for 25+ years and has been the Owner at Metal Depot for over a decade. Nadine also volunteers with the national program Catalyst+ where she is currently working with Women Entrepreneurs in Ecuador. She is also a mom, dog owner, and enjoys solo international travel, house sitting, learning to play the piano and camping.
